Content Manager (Swedish)

Your Role & Responsibility 

It will be your task to create relevant and captivating content that educates our core target (HR & learning professionals) to understand their real challenges within the many business facets of onboarding & employee development.

You will become a part of a marketing team driven by passionate experts within areas such as lead generation, nurturing, design, website development, and creative content creation. In collaboration with the current Content Manager, you will drive the content plan, receive feedback, and develop amazing content concepts.   

We need to make sure that we are top-of-mind for large and progressive companies in the Nordics. To do this we want to create the best content/knowledge universe with localized quality content across the buying journey – and in all types of formats. Helping HR & Learning Professionals enabling a strong learning culture while positioning Learningbank as a professional learning partner. 

  • Create great content for all our markets but with a special focus on Swedish content.

  • Write articles/blogs, cases, interviews & website updates.

  • Facilitate webinars with both internal and external experts and partners

  • Responsible for Learningbanks social media Channels and produce content for social media with a frequency that keeps us fresh and relevant in the form of posts, videos, and visual elements

  • Interviews of employees, customers & partners for the purpose of content creation

  • Translation of website and selected content

  • Work closely with the team on joint content projects such as search engine optimization content etc.

  • Continuously analyze content performance

You will be working from the office in Copenhagen with the possibility of working remotely 2 days a week.

Personal and Professional Competences 

  • You have experience of unfolding creatively and preferably a big fan of video

  • You are outgoing, calm, and used to interview and work closely with many people.

  • You master both Swedish and English language to perfection and like to play with words all the while believing in "less-is-more"

  • You can take responsibility for your tasks, work independently, proactively and meet deadlines

  • You ask questions and learn to find the answers that create the best story

  • Skills and experience with video shooting & editing.

  • You have relevant education e.g. journalist or communication with min. 1-2 years experience from a similar position

  • A team player, focused and goal-oriented
