About Panduro
Panduro is a creative retail chain with 80 stores across Sweden, Norway, and Denmark. Their stores help customers bring ideas to life—so product knowledge and confident service on the floor are part of the business.
The challenge
Before Panduro Academy, onboarding and training were time-consuming and hard to manage. A lot of it relied on manual processes and follow-up, which made it difficult to keep training consistent and up to date across three countries.
At the same time, product training is central in Panduro’s stores. Customers expect staff to recommend the right materials and tools – and that knowledge is one of the things that sets the in-store experience apart from e-commerce. But with a wide range of products, maintaining strong product knowledge at scale was a challenge.

The solution
Panduro created Panduro Academy in Learningbank to gather training in one place, including onboarding, product knowledge, core values, and required training. The goal was to make learning easier to run, easier to follow up on, and easier for store teams to complete when it fits their day.
With teams across Sweden, Norway, and Denmark, AI-powered translation helped make training available in multiple languages without slowing down content creation. With reporting tools, HR could track participation, follow completion, and keep training updated across all stores.

The results
Panduro reduced onboarding time by 50%, from around 40 hours to 20, freeing up time for store managers and new hires.
Better product knowledge helped sales teams give better advice in the moment, improving the customer experience and driving sales. Reporting made follow-up easier and updates faster, so training stayed current across stores and countries. Training is accessible on mobile, so store staff can learn when it suits them, at home, in-store, or on the move.
"I would definitely recommend other companies to use Learningbank. It motivates the sales people, it increases customer satisfaction, it increases revenue for the company. It's a win for everyone."
