Hesburger is a Finnish family-owned burger restaurant with nearly 500 restaurants across nine countries. The company employs around 9,500 people and uses Learningbank to power HeseAcademy, as the internal platform for onboarding, development, and professional growth.

The challenge

Before Learningbank, Hesburger’s learning processes relied heavily on manual work. Updating content and managing translations across multiple countries took significant time and effort.

While the existing setup was functional, it no longer matched the needs of a modern, tech-savvy workforce or the scale of an international restaurant business.
