What is it?
Basically, it is a test or a survey in ModuleMaker as you know it. The difference is that this type of module is going to be completed by the manager for the employee - and can be created for introducing outside the platform evaluations in people’s learning life cycles.
Let us walk you through an example:
Let’s say you have a hygiene check-list that needs to be crossed off at your workplace. You need to make sure that your employees are following the hygiene manual, and that can only be measured by evaluating them in real-life. Manager Driven test will help you with that. You will be able to cross-off the different aspects inside the platform while performing evaluation outside of it.
What about the learner's perspective?
Manager Driven test will be included in the learning path just as a normal module, however, the learner will only be able to see the status of the module.
